Normally, we're huge fans of random cartoons, you know, "Adult Swim" type animations that require a toke of the bong to be semi-amusing. Well, even a screen test with Cheech and Chong themselves would reveal that these cartoons are hopeless. What really stands out is how long this series manages to drag on, despite the fact there is no discernible plot, storyline or purpose.
