How about ‘have YOU had anything to drink,’ officer?

DUI stops are common during popular drinking events and on roadway where people are likely to have been throwing back a few. While it’s kiiiiiind of a violation of your rights (whatever happened to probable cause?), in general, people agree that the benefits of keeping the roads clear of plastered people outweigh the minor infringement on our civil liberties.

That doesn’t mean, however, that you can’t mess with the cops a bit. These guys certainly did, but lucky for them, the cop had a good sense of humor about it.
