Euthanasia deriving for the greek word "good death" is known to be a mercy killing. Should this be illegal? Voluntary suicide or involuntary murder? Opponents argue that a broad policy of "euthanasia" is tantamount to eugenics, which is the study of selective breeding.  Proponents consider a death that increased suffering to be "wrongful," while opponents typically consider any deliberate death as wrong. If we put euthanasia into a religious stand point, mine being christian, I am against it. I'm not sure whether this policy is good for America. So many people in this day and age seek suicide but can't do it themselves. It's a sad situaton that I believe should be illegal.
