There's not many spoilers in the clip, I checked. Other than maybe the fact that Darryl's brother is coming back. But there's no spoilers like why and when Rick gets his hand cut off (unlike in the comic book, where the Guvernor did it, in the series he gets his hand cut off by Merv, Daryl's brother... ooops spoiler).
