What Connects These People?

The following are great people, who had written their names in history with their valorous deeds and brilliance. All of them share a common trait. What is it? Before you learn that, read their short descriptions.

Gaius Julius Caesar (born 100 BC) was a Roman general and statesman and a distinguished writer of Latin prose. He played a critical role in the gradual transformation of the Roman Republic into the Roman Empire.

Oda Nobunaga (born 1534 AD) was the initiator of the unification of Japan under the shogunate in the late 16th century, which ruled Japan until the Meiji Restoration in 1868. He was also a major daimyo during the Sengoku period of Japanese history.

Louis XIV (born 1638 AD), known as Louis the Great or the Sun King, was a Bourbon monarch who ruled as King of France and Navarre. He holds the distinction of being the longest-reigning king in European history, reigning for 72 years and 110 days.

Napoleon Bonaparte (born 1769 AD) was a French military and political leader who rose to prominence during the latter stages of the French Revolution and its associated wars in Europe. As Napoleon I, he was Emperor of the French from 1804 to 1815.

What do these great men have in common? NONE OF THEM EVER SMOKED POT. More than that, if there was an issue with pot headed idiots, driving stoned or selling drugs to children, so that they have other junkies to sell their weed to, people like the ones I mentioned above would most probably design new laws that would not only prohibit the use of the drug, but also hunt down the stinky hippie marijuana addicts and put them into work camps, so these pieces of shit would do something for the society for the first time in their lives.
