Level 1: this is easy mode, and it's going to allow you to prepare your muscles for a bigger effort. Try not to over do them, this is considered warm up to get your muscles ready. The red color indicates which muscles are working during particular exercises. -

Level 2: after a week, you can try something more intense. Try to work out longer and push your limits. -

Level 3: you've reached the point where you're going to sweat a lot, but it's going to pay off, trust me. The more you work out, the easier these get. -

Level 4: this is the full potential. You've entered hard mode, and if you can take it, you're on your way to your summer figure. -
