Have you ever seen those zombie apocalypse shows where people decide to amputate limbs after they've been bitten in hopes that it stops the disease from spreading? In case you didn't know, that stuff doesn't work in real life, and once something is in your bloodstream it circulates pretty quickly. Amputation typically only happens with wound infections.
