- The transcripts are used when convicting the offender, therefore what the actor said is entered in as evidence. The point is to use what both parties said to prove that it was A.) not entrapment and B.) the offender is seeking out the actor pretending to be a child because they want to have sex with a child. They are held to the same scrutiny if not more scrutiny because of the fact that they are not actually police officers, they just work with them. The fact is out of all of the hundreds of people charged, not a single one NOT EVEN 1 has had a successful entrapment defense. Don't you think that if this could even be considered entrapment, at least 1 person would have had a successful entrapment defense. - This geraldo should have known better than to have sex with someone underage. Some of those men on that show drove hundreds of miles to meet up with who they knew to be an underage person. You don't drive that far to just "talk" with someone. You have to remember that the people on that show go out and surf the chat rooms looking for children to have sex with. Some of the shit that those people wrote to those children is just disgusting. You are trying to make the point that the whole to catch a predator thing is entrapment, which is just untrue. People say that the bait cars are entrapment also, but it isn't because they don't try to convince you to take the car. The police just present the opportunity for a scumbag to take it. This is the same for to catch a predator, the people who pretend to be children don't message the pedophile first. They wait for the sicko to message them first, so again this is not entrapment. - The people pretending to be an underage person do not go out actively looking and trying to entrap these sick bastards. The people hang out in underage chat rooms and wait for those sickos to message them. You keep talking about how the child goes out looking for sex with an older person, which is not the case with to catch a predator. Even if those children were actually going out and looking for sex with an adult, the adult should know better than to have sex with a child. Remember you are the adult and you don't have to do what some kid tells you. From this post I am starting to think you are a pedophile and you want to justify the fact that you want to have sex with children. Well you are a sick fuck and should just kill yourself now, that way you can't harm an innocent child. Why People are Unemployed.
- I think we can look at the last 12 years to see what would happen, the corporations will just take the extra money and send more jobs over seas. I do agree that a portion of the people that are unemployed are just lazy, but at this point it is not the majority. If you look at that and what party was in office during those dates, you will get a good idea of what party is better for the U.S. Unemployment rates fell during times when a democrat was in office, and rose when republicans were in office. What you can see from this chart is that the democrats are always cleaning up the messes the republicans leave behind.

- I don't see how all you conservatives can say that all unemployed are lazy, then in the same sentence complain that there are no jobs. What is it, is everyone lazy or are there no jobs for the unemployed to take? It couldn't possibly be because companies are refusing to create new jobs or hire new people. No what happened was, the "trickle down effect" didn't work, they took all the extra money they save from not paying a higher rate and pocketed it. Instead of doing what they were suppose to do and create jobs, they decided to lay off even more people so they can pocket even more money. Since they didn't do what they said they were going to do, guess what you have to pay more taxes. Having a higher tax rate has been PROVEN to work, just look at the economy under Clinton.
