      • Blind. That's the easiest answer. If you tried to describe vision to a blind person they can touch and feel an object. You can feel the texture and shape. The mind can develop a mental picture of the object without seeing it. If you were to describe hearing to a deaf person. How could you? You cannot describe the sensation of hearing? Sound is a primary means of communication as well. I am pursuing my Aud. this question always comes up and the most logical answer is most intelligent people would rather have their hearing.

      • Yeah people might have the notion to grow it themselves, however, equipment and other expenses play a huge factor plus laziness. I'm sure some people would grow it but more would just buy it for convenience. I say tax the hell out of it.

      • I love my food spicy as well. My saying is I like to sweat when I eat. I prefer Thai chilies though. Habanero's lack the sweetness of a pepper. They are great to spice things up a little then add other peppers for the taste.

      • 1) throw the speaker system away. I'm guessing it might at max put out about 105-115 dB SPL. That's way too loud for anyone's auditory system. Save your daughter's hearing. You probably won't be around when she has the side effects but hearing aids are not trendy nor will they ever be. The only good part is when she goes to get her ears tested, an audiogram will show exactly how she lost her hearing (Noised Induced Hearing Loss). I think a good analogy to your question is; I'm trying to light my cigarette but the lighter keeps going out, what should I do?
