- Rational or Irrational?
  - I don't think it's irrational to be afraid of the dark. it's scary not being able to see if someone there, so it's probably less the fact that it's dark and more the fact that you can't see. also, if you are totally blind at night, that might mean that you have poor vision during the day (I'm just guessing) which might mean that eventually you might be totally blind, which is scary too, so maybe when it's dark, it reminds you that you're going to be blind, which is a scary thought if you ask me.
