Where is a woman supposed to breastfeed her child?

This creepy guy is harassing a mother because he claims that his kids are distracted by her areolas, while she is breastfeeding her baby in the privacy of her own car. As she points out, it is rude for his kids to be staring at her, and since she is technically within her own private property, should she call the police, he would be seen as the one harassing her. In all likelihood his kids probably couldn't care less, and it's his problem.

Breastfeeding is legal on both private and public property in all 50 states. Why can't we let mothers take care of their children?
