However, there’s recently been a growing desire for “wild honey.” This is where bees are allowed to freely roam and place their hives wherever they end up, which purists insist offers a beautiful flavor that you just can’t get from bee-box honey.

In theory, this is fine. In practice, it means that people have to climb up mountains and get covered in bees in order to harvest the goods.
