It's never fun when an airline screws you over, and makes you wait hour upon hour for a flight that never takes off. It can be hard to know where to direct your anger, as the airline employees directly in front of you are just doing their jobs. But who else with an ounce of authority is around to hear your frustrations? 

This American Airlines passenger lost his cool after an 18-hour delay and had a few choice words for the AA employees at his gate. Airing out his feelings with a group of frustrated passengers right behind him, "There is plenty of reason for me to be upset right now. You wasted my whole fu****g day!" Other passengers agreed. "Amen!"

Viewers on Twitter were conflicted over who's side to take. "To be fair to all parties," one person said, "While I wouldn’t yell at the staff because it's not their fault, he’s right and justified for being this upset." Still, his rant likely accomplished nothing other than burning off steam. "I bet he still had to wait after this," one person joked.
