      • Personally, I find the video annoying. Regardless, I don't think being annoying is breaking the law. I'm no expert though. The legalities that some people have brought up, simply come down to where they are at. Is the campus considered public or private property? If it's public property, then there's nothing they can say about him filming. There is also a "but" here that may work against him, even if it is considered "Public Property". If they reserved the room they were in, be it a class or lab time, they may have a reasonable expectation of privacy, especially if the door is closed. Not knowing if he works for some sort of agency, someone may feel that their expectation of privacy is being violated. On the other hand, If it's private property, then yes, he can be asked to remove himself and further legal action may be taken by the proper authorities, if needed.

      • Black dude in the back knew what time it was. He sat down, got comfortable, slouched into a comfortable position and then just casually put his hand on his dick. That my friends, is the joy of masturbating at home. With this man being "homeless" he actually has more of a home than we do. His home is the world. While I would not masturbate in my friends living room while company is around, I will sure as fuck do it in my living room. It's my fucking living room, you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.... for you. Perfect fucking time for me.This guy gets to do that with the world! That is the fucking life.

      • I thought the same thing. I guarantee if squeezed his stomach by stepping on him with my foot to make up for the pressure and size difference the kid would be making funny noises too.
